im planning to apply today,tlga bang inaabot ng more than a month minsan,i just needed an account sooner..unfortunately they’ve been upgrading theyr’e site,anu kya ang mas mabilis?thru branch or thru online?

I am so sorry to “hear” that Mizhelle. I applied personally so I didn’t have any problems getting my card.

I hope you will be able to get yours soon. Maybe they have a backlog because a lot are applying to get this service. Thanks for the visit and I hope you can come back again.
