The title is something sort of the opposite: that study hard, get good grades and find a job don't necessarily mean being successful. After awhile though, you will realize that the grades that you get or how you do in school do not really determine whether one succeeds or not. People skills, communication skills, and finding something to do that you genuinely are passionate about may be more critical. So maybe it should be "Think Hard. Build Good Relationships. Find Your Passion." Studying well is always good if only for the discipline that it teaches. After awhile though, you will realize that the grades that you get or how you do in school do not really determine whether one succeeds or not.
