People always say they want to be healthier and live life fuller and take time to “smell the flowers” with every new year that comes. But how many really achieve what they aim for? How long can they last resisting the urge to take that one last bite of that cheesecake? Or the urge to just probably spend 15 minutes doing online games rather than spending time outdoors?
I’ve stopped making new Year’s resolutions for I don’t want to be disappointed in myself.
Instead, I made a mental note (which I hope won’t add more white hairs) about the things I want to accomplish this year.
This includes limiting time to doing online time wasters like online games which prompted me to install Chrome Nanny. I still have to remove Mozilla Firefox yet but since it has crashed again while I was using it earlier, I am all the more tempted to do so.
