Weekly Question 2

Let’s say it IS possible to have that one chance to be another person for a day, who would you choose to be and why?

If it is possible for me to be another person for a day, I would choose to be my daughter Trixie. Why? I want to know her thoughts, her feelings, her points of view about our family, about me as her mother and how she thinks of my husband as the head of the family.

Trixie is a tween and pretty soon, she will be turning a year older and will be a teenager. Teenage years, as they say, are one of the most difficult times people go through. That is probably enough reason why I would want to be her so that I can experience what she is going through, even for just a day, so that I would be able to reach out to her, understand her more and make our mother-daughter relationship even better.

What about you? Who would you choose to be, even for a day?

Join me here and share your thoughts.

I can understand why you would like to do that. Teen age is really a wacky time but I’m sure since you have brought her up, she’ll be alright.

Moms will surely be touched to know that no matter how daughters push them away to be independent and all, we still look for them when we feel the need to embrace someone and just make everything alright πŸ™‚

    Have a great week po!
