Weekly Question 2

Let’s say it IS possible to have that one chance to be another person for a day, who would you choose to be and why?

If it is possible for me to be another person for a day, I would choose to be my daughter Trixie. Why? I want to know her thoughts, her feelings, her points of view about our family, about me as her mother and how she thinks of my husband as the head of the family.

Trixie is a tween and pretty soon, she will be turning a year older and will be a teenager. Teenage years, as they say, are one of the most difficult times people go through. That is probably enough reason why I would want to be her so that I can experience what she is going through, even for just a day, so that I would be able to reach out to her, understand her more and make our mother-daughter relationship even better.

    Adie, yes, it is all about communication and what better way to communicate when one understands each other. Sometimes nga, even if one doesn’t understand the other, they still try to reach out in order to do so :)
