Overload
We almost had a disaster Saturday night when the electric cables erupted here and there. People were panicking for that was no joke. We dont have our telephone lines yet. I am posting a photo of people out on the streets, pardon the dark photo.
Big thanks to Wenchie for calling the electric company who came to fix the wires, after several hours. Hmph. Houses could have been burned by then. Good thing firetrucks were on standby.

Actually Cookie, yes that would be a boo-boo for Meralco not just because it took them a long time to come but also because they don’t do anything about those illegal connections that the squatters in the other street have. Nagkasunog na nga dun kelan lang eh, hindi sila nadadala. Yun lang, kami ang apektado if ever me problemang ganito.
Hay naku Tin, I was panicking, kuryente yata yan. And the wires that were exploding, medyo nakadikit dun ang branches ng mga trees namin at the side of the house. At first I thought it was just some sort of this firecrackers that are nailed on a wall pag New Year, akalain ko bang kuryente pala.

I was glad too Rachel, was in a very panicky mode that night. Kahit nagka-kuryente na, I still wasn’t able to sleep for fear that something will happen again. Hubby and Julian went to hubby’s family home since he needed to use his nebulizer because of the heat. Thank God, tapos na. Dapat talaga hulihin mga me illegal connection on the other street.
