Stock or Modified?

We were supposed to go to a car show yesterday but the children didn’t want to leave the house anymore when to started to rain. So we just stayed home and each did his and her own thing. At least hubby changed my blogs’ themes. A lot of tweaking here and there but in the end, one both of these would have to be changed if one of my favorite plug ins won’t work fine.

The custom or modified question can refer to the themes since even if these were customized, still some modifications are needed to suit a blogger’s needs.

Or, this can mean cars. Yes, cars.

We have been to a lot of car shows. Not that we plan to buy a new car, no, that would have to be eons from now. Its just that getting near these cars gives us the “feel good” feeling.

Stock or modified?

Stock cars are cars and trucks that have not been changed in any way. It looks exactly like how to it looked when it got off the assembly line or production site. This term can also mean production based cars used for racing.

Here is an example of a stock car that I want (of course, this is by no means an ordinary stock car since it’s engine have been modified and is better than ordinary engines):

Custom cars or modified cars or tuner cars on the other hand, are those that have been changed according to the owner’s specifications, needs and style.

There are many ways to modify a car: paint, mag wheels, body art, airbrush designs, neon lights, door conversions, steering wheels, wide body kits plus a lot more!

Here is an example of a custom or modified or a tuner car:

So would you go for the stock car or the modified car?
