Sunday Mornings at UP Diliman
Sunday mornings at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City is bustling with activities. Not that there are classes but the activities show people having fun and relaxing in an atmosphere of quiet among majestic trees.
Biking people, walking people and picnicking people can be found. Guy with red shirt on the bike is my hubby.
Aside from that, people engage in different sports like badminton, frisbee throwing, soccer, skateboarding, and tennis. There are tai chi groups too and other local sports like the arnis.
There are also those who fly kites, depending on the weather.
Most people take walks and runs or jogs. They seem to be enjoying these activities and most have earphones plugged to their ears to help them get in the mood. If these walking and running are done on a daily basis, maybe there is no need for Ephedrasil hardcore to burn those fats, if they religiously do these fitness regimen. That includes me too.
There are lots of families that can be seen here, enjoying time to be together.
This is a good place to unwind and just enjoy nature and quiet.

I loved how the trees bend to create shade in the road! Oh, I missed seeing UP Diliman already!

Ang ganda pala ng UP campus ngayon! Ibang-iba kaysa nuong studiente pa ako nung panahong “bata pa si Sabel” ika nga LOL.

The walking path in between those majestic looking trees make the entire place look serene with a touch of romance in the air too!

did you know that gaby learned to walk there…and it was after a 2 hour walk around UP that I started getting contractions (kay Gaby din). kaya memorable ang UP sa amin eh

Peaceful and quiet, I agree, maybe that’s why the place was able to develop great minds
Sunday its really full of fitness-conscious people. The place is so green especially during June- September when there are rains.
You know those vacant lots along Commonwealth, these are full of modern buildings for call centers
It wold be quite difficult to do shoots here, especially when there are lots of people. La Mesa is a good place to shoot too

Here, families get busy in the malls. At least, they bond together, no matter where they go.
