Sebatian Vettel Formula One 2010 World Champion

Congratulations Sebastian Vettel, Formula One Grand Prix 2010 World Champion.

“Sebastian Vettel drove a masterful race to win the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and lift his maiden Formula 1 world title.

The 23-year-old Red Bull driver was third in the standings but led from pole and saw other results go his way to become the youngest champion.” – David Ornstein, BBC

Formula One is my hubby’s super favorite motor-sports show, and MotoGP comes next, if I’m not mistaken.

The son is in the same mold for he religiously watches the races, even if it means he will wake up a little after midnight to watch some races live. The son roots for a different driver though, Nico Rosberg while I like Fernando Alonso. Formula One drivers, some even younger than Sebastian Vettel, are very dedicated, hardworking and determined to make their way to the top. I have to tell him that he can be a winner too, in whatever field he wants to be, if he has dedication, passion, hard work and determination.

I’m sure other young men  their age are more concerned about gadgets, studies, fashion, acne products and girls, in no particular order.

Aside from watching the races, my son is interested in the statistics Formula One, rattling of positions, points, and other facts pertaining to numbers not just with the current year but with a few years back.

Formula One 2010 has been an exciting season and we look forward to seeing the races next year. For now, the son would be happy to watch the races we have in the files 🙂
