Kulay Abo

May pagkakataong ang kulay abo ay tila hindi exciting. May pagkakataong ito naman ay tila ayos lang, depende sa mood ng tumitingin.

Para sa akin, ang kulay abo, lalo na kung titignan sa kalagayan ng panahon, ay katumbas ng tila malungkot, di maintindihan at nakaka-allergy attack na araw. Kung sa kasuotan naman, para sa akin, ito ay isang neutral color na pwede iterno kahit sa ano’ng kulay upang maging mas kaiga-igaya.

Sa pagkakataong ito, masasabi kong ang kulay abo ng tulay na daraanan ng mga malilit na bangka ay tamang-tama sa pag-blend sa kapaligiran.

Marahil kung ito ay makulay, magiging masakit sa mata. Kung berde naman, magmumukhang camouflage.

Parte ito ng Nayong Pilipino sa Clark, Pampanga kung saan nag-field trip ang aming bunso noong isang taon.

Do Your Earn Anything in Facebook?

What have you earned when you clocked in 40 hours/month (give and take) when logged in Facebook? If you are logged in because you are a social media handler of a product or a company handling Facebook pages, then you are earning your keep. This will enable you to issue ach checks when needed.

But if you are just FB-ing to read updates, look at photos, watch videos and chat with your friends, you definitely are not earning a penny from it. As a blogger, I must say that I earn traffic when I share my posts/links in my FB page. Earning in this context means monetary benefits.

What is my gist? We spend a lot of time in FB which takes away time to be more productive, to do other tasks that need active physical participation. Logging out means we get to bond more with our loved ones rather than just saying we love spending time with them. Logging out means we get to spend quiet time with ourselves.

And by the way, we made some FB people millionaires.

Pagmamahal

Para sa dalawang pusong nagmamahalan, hindi maiaalis ang kagustuhang magkasama ng madalas. Mayroon din namang pagkakataon na kailangang magkaroon ng “space” upang may “room for growth” na kalaunan din ay lalo magpapabuti ang relasyon at pagsasama. Hindi dahil may pinag-ayawan kundi para may maituro at may matutunan sa isa’t isa.

Huwag lang patagalin at palawakin ang space ha, 😀

Cool Weather

Cool. Not cold but just cool, that’s what the weather is like these days. I love cool nights and cool mornings though allergies make me want to change my mind. I haven’t had allergy attacks as of now, so I hope it stays that way.

I am sure a lot of homes have already purchased hot tub covers. I wouldn’t mind being in a hot tub myself except we don’t have one, lol.

During the day though is another thing because the sun bears down on us like summer heat. No wonder there are a lot of people who are sick these days. Aside from the usual allergies, cough, colds, a lot of people complain of stomach ache. In fact, just yesterday, a student complained of it and a friend’s son is hospitalized due to stomach pain. I wish both these kids who are dear to me to be well as soon as possible.

Dead Spot

Yes, there is still such a thing called “dead spots” when it comes to having no mobile phone signals. In a student’s house, their smaller dining room where we have our reading lessons, there is absolutely no signal. My mobile phone’s battery drains so fast I have to turn it off. But if I take just a few steps away from that room, everything goes back to normal.They should really install boosters there like a wilson booster so I can use my mobile phone to connect online for some additional and interesting lessons.

And no, this house is not in a far-flung area, this is in a posh, gated village where the owner of one of the telcos probably lives because they own half the land in this city.

There are two foreign embassies nearby so I wonder if it’s possible that they have something to do with the dead spot? Hmmm….
