Public Education is Free But…

I have written about some of the annoying people in our neighborhood. To me, it sure looks like a lot of these young people need drug rehab. My honest opinion, no offense meant.

They walk the streets very very late night, heckling and shouting. They write on gates and fences. They don’t go to school. They form good-for-nothing gangs, engaging in fistfights, petty crimes and disturbing the peace.

One of the reasons why young people do not go to school is because they say, their family I mean, say that there is not enough money to send them to school. Public education is free.

With the recent UP Fair fiasco where a lot of jumping jologs violently disrupted what could have been a fun concert, we wonder what is happening to these youth who are supposed to be the hope of the nation?

Sure, I always say, we should have heart to understand those who are considered as “underprivileged” or those who have “less” but if they behave like savages and do things that harm innocent people and destroy properties that are not theirs? I do not know why they are angst-ridden and their rage seem monumental
