Our youngest daughter might go somewhere North next month for a few days of seminar together with other grade schoolers from other schools.
This early we are planning on her bringing her guitar and so we are on the lookout for a sturdy guitar case for her.
Right now, the daughter is adding to her repertoire on what to play for this seminar, just in case she gets to play in front of an audience.

Am looking at watches as gifts and not for me though.
I have always wanted to give the husband a wristwatch. Why that and what does a watch symbolize for me? Because for me, time is very important. I tell the children that one of the things they can’t get back is time. Time is something we can spend with our family without spending a cent and this for me, is a timeless Christmas gift.
The current wristwatch’s strapped has been replaced. His other outdoor wrist watch is one that I use. So I guess it is just fitting that he gets a new one from me.
Will have to work hard for that though 😀

Elsewhere halfway the world, snow is falling hard, making everything look like a winter wonderland. In our little corner of the earth, our “Winter tree” has started shedding and almost half the leaves are now gone. When all leaves are gone, it is Christmas time.
Makes it difficult telling the Manang that there’s no need for her cleaning services yet 😀

We saw a polka dotted guitar when we went scouting for a new guitar to be given to the youngest child.
It looked… cute.
This  epiphone wildkat at m123 looks interesting too. The color is so bright, it would be next to impossible to see the player at all. Bright yellow on a guitar is not a usual color though it is with exotic cars.
Guitars need not be in drab brown/tan/black colors, why not in splashy bright ones?
