Obviously there is one very big and visible bubble, right? Can you find the other bubble?

Our “winter tree” basking in the sun under a blue cloudless sky.
I love taking photos from this spot though I dread the typhoon months for fear that those trees might come down on the roof of the house.

Waiting for the hubby to come out of the house, I was looking at the empty patches of the grassy soil in the front yard. I am thinking that now is a good time to plant some baby plants or maybe even seedlings with the warm daytime and cool night time.
I am also thinking of putting some outdoor decoration like a bird feeder or a small trellis for vegetable vines. Some sort of fences as protection for the plants are also necessary because our dog loves to disturb their peace. True that.
For now, I should ask Manang to trim the grass before it grow any more than it is now.

I’m sure those with fair skin has to wait a bit before they use airbrush make up. Why? The weather just don’t cut it.
As of now, the rains are not really remembered fondly and are not welcome to stay for a long time. Bursts of it in short times are good enough but not when there are words like inclement, torrential, red level attached to the word “rains”.

I am back to taking care of new plants: mint, basil, eggplant and ampalaya. I have yet to harvest the calamansi fruits. The calamansi plants were a surprise because after caring for these for around 3 years or so, it was only last year that it started bearing the citrus fruits. Why? Because I water these with used coffee grounds mixed with water.
I do the same for the smaller plants. I plan to get a composter where the fruit pulp I get from the juicer for our fresh fruits can go so I don’t have to buy non-soil from the hardware store. Maybe I can get from my friend Cookie some worms for this composter. I am not fond of them the very thought of worms give me goosebumps but I may have to ask the cleaning lady to handle these for me, 😀
I will try to take photos of these new plants and hopefully have more to come especially since the rainy season is here. I say new plants because every year, I get new plants to take care of, haha.
