It is Natural, Naturally

People try to be as healthy as they are able to, no doubt about it.

The natural way and the organic way are just some of the things that people try to engage in trying to be healthy.

My children have a tablespoon of honey almost on a daily basis (unless I foget to give them) and we have not had processed canned food for over a year now, except for canned fish like sardines and tuna in water. In the freezer are lean chicken and fish because we don’t have red meat often.

Fruits and vegetables? Sure! These are refreshing and full of nutrients and we love to have these often.

We need as much nutrients and anti-oxidants to fight against the city’s pollution and toxins.

Weight Management in Children

Last night over the radio, I heard one of the hosts say something about appetite suppressant and of course my interest was piqued so I asked hubby to turn the volume up.

Alas, the topic shifted to thrombosis so I was not able to listen to what they have to say about the first topic.

Listening to Your Body

Have you ever wondered why you have the sniffles every morning? Coupled with that you also have a blinding headache upon waking up.

Have you ever wondered why your stomach does not seem to agree with certain food that you eat and that digestion or lack of it can be felt after eating?

Are you stressed? Do you have need to sleep more often, crave for food and feel weak?

Do you always feel tired and every part of your body seem painful?

Do you need to lose weight but resort to eating food that will make you gain even more weight?

Perhaps you should listen to what your body tells you.

Consulting the doctors about these may ease your doubts whether you are having some sort of a condition like migraine, ulcer, fibromyalgia, hypertension or even PMS.

“Health is wealth” as we always hear people say. Guess what, it is true.

Please Do Not Ask

One of the things that children are taught are the things they don’t have to ask other people. Why? People are sensitive when the topic about their weight, age, religion/beliefs and financial status.

For women, the issue about age and weight are sensitive topics. Women try to hide their age or avoid answering the question about age as mush as possible. I know, because sometimes I do avoid answering this question these days. I have not been ashamed to broadcast my age when I was younger and my colleagues are older than I am.

The issue of weight is also another sensitive matter among other things. Why so?
